The website provides very clear instructions. The app is user-friendly for accessing and exiting the site, as well as for accessing the storage facility! Excellent experience! There's no one on-site, but there's a readily available phone number to contact someone who will guide you through the building so you can visit the different storage units. This allowed me to choose the perfect size and make the reservation via the website. You access the entrance and your unit via the app or a keypad. The app lets you access your unit to open it or view its inventory, and you can also grant temporary access. The app also allows you to open the unit remotely. Everything inside is clean and tidy and still being finished, but I can see the progress every day. As for the units themselves, they're standard across different brands and storage companies—the same size, the same doors, the same partitions. Having compared options in the Zaventem area, their price and ease of use are currently the best I've found. I've been using it for almost a month now and I'm very satisfied. Its location is quite ideal, not far from Wezembeek, the highway, and the center of Zaventem.

A new Belgian company that I trust. I definitely recommend trying it. (I still have a storage unit at Shurgard, but I'm no longer satisfied with it now that I see the difference with Storo. I'm now planning to move everything: more light, easier access, good carts.) In other words: highly recommended! I'm already giving it 5 stars, although there are still a few areas for improvement (but nothing to remove a star, and I'll certainly report this to Storo). This is an honest review because I'm satisfied with the service. Bravo, Storo!!!
