We urgently needed temporary storage space due to a move. Storo was our salvation. At the first appointment we were very well received by a very friendly lady. Everything was explained well. Everything is organized down to the last detail. Doors can be opened with the smartphone or with a code. You can drive in by car to a large freight elevator. The storage areas are clean and well ventilated. You have access to your box 24/7. Great!

I needed a fast solution to store important equipment and could immidiatly register and finalize the agreement online. Same day I could access my storage place. Clean and brand new infrastructure highly automated. Good concept. Will continue for long term!

Very satisfied with Storo. The Bringme Box is a super handy extra service that makes webshop deliveries and subsequent storage very efficient. Marine and Lennert maintain the location in Mechelen well, with easy contact in case of comments or problems. Recommended!

Very good experience! There's no one on site, but there's a phone number available that allows you to contact someone who will be sure to direct you around the building so you can visit the various storage units. This allowed me to choose the ideal size and make the reservation through the website. We have access to the front door and our storage unit via the app or a keypad. Via the app, we have access to our storage unit to open it or its inventory, but we also have the option of granting temporary access to our unit. It's also possible to open the unit remotely via the app. Everything inside is clean and tidy and is still being finished, but I can see the progress every day. As for the storage units themselves, they are standard for other brands and storage companies: the same size, the same doors, and the same partitions. Currently, having compared in the Zaventem area, their price and ease of use are the most attractive I've found. I've been using it for almost a month, and I'm very satisfied. Its location is quite ideal, not far from Wezembeek, the highway, and the center of Zaventem.

We recently rented several storage units from Storo in Groot-Bijgaarden. The complete administrative process, the speed with which the rental agreements and access to the storage units were processed, and the friendliness and service-orientedness of their staff... all excellent! Moreover, the storage units are very easy to access via a phone app, and the contact persons were always available by phone and very helpful in guiding us through the process.

Excellent facilities, easy to register and activate. Everything neat and orderly, super convenient access to Storo and your box with the application. Elevator, carts,... all available! The background music makes it complete ;-)
