A new Belgian company that I trust. I definitely recommend trying it. (I still have a storage unit at Shurgard, but I'm no longer satisfied with it now that I see the difference with Storo. I'm now planning to move everything: more light, easier access, good carts.) In other words: highly recommended! I'm already giving it 5 stars, although there are still a few areas for improvement (but nothing to remove a star, and I'll certainly report this to Storo). This is an honest review because I'm satisfied with the service. Bravo, Storo!!!

I rented an 8m² storage unit. It's spacious, easily accessible, the app works perfectly to open the unit, there's space to drive inside in case of inclement weather, and carts are available for easier transport to the unit. And above all, the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Great for storing your furniture and other belongings safely, dry, and warm. Easily arranged. Extra space is easily added through the app. Need sturdy boxes? They're ready with a simple phone call. Access via the app is also very easy and convenient. Highly recommended for extra storage, short or long-term.

Excellent experience! There's no one on-site, but there's a readily available phone number to contact someone who will guide you through the building so you can visit the different storage units. This allowed me to choose the perfect size and make the reservation via the website. You access the entrance and your unit via the app or a keypad. The app lets you access your unit to open it or view its inventory, and you can also grant temporary access. The app also allows you to open the unit remotely. Everything inside is clean and tidy and still being finished, but I can see the progress every day. As for the units themselves, they're standard across different brands and storage companies—the same size, the same doors, the same partitions. Having compared options in the Zaventem area, their price and ease of use are currently the best I've found. I've been using it for almost a month now and I'm very satisfied. Its location is quite ideal, not far from Wezembeek, the highway, and the center of Zaventem.

5 stars for renting a garage, especially the user-friendliness and the condition of the building: "Clean, modern storage units and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything runs smoothly via the app or the code." "Excellent service and very easy to access. The units are very clean and dry, which is important for my furniture." Handy extras: Accessibility: There is free parking and the location is fully wheelchair accessible. Security: The building is modern, well-lit, and secure, which is included in the rental price.

Very nice and well-organized. You can open the gate and your box via an app. Carts are available everywhere. Everything is monitored by cameras. The spaces are good, but sometimes you need to be able to work at height to make the most of them.

We recently rented several storage units from Storo in Groot-Bijgaarden. The complete administrative process, the speed with which the rental agreements and access to the storage units were processed, and the friendliness and service-orientedness of their staff... all excellent! Moreover, the storage units are very easy to access via a phone app, and the contact persons were always available by phone and very helpful in guiding us through the process.

Everything is automatic; signing in, opening the gate, and the box are all handled through an app. It's secure with numerous cameras. It's clean and has plenty of light. A fantastic experience.
