Very accessible storage space, trolleys are available, large goods lift, clean toilet. The apartment works flawlessly. Had no trouble with it anywhere. The only minor point might be that there is no lighting in the unit itself, although the hallways are very well lit.

Very clean, clear instructions, spacious box, friendly staff on the phone, convenient that you can share access digitally. Highly recommended - they should open a branch in the Bornem-Puurs area ;-) Only minor drawback: after 5 PM, you have to call the call center - it took 10 minutes for someone to answer, but they were very helpful.

The website provides very clear instructions. The app is user-friendly for accessing and exiting the site, as well as for accessing the storage facility!
