Reserving a storage unit is easy! Choose the start date of your rental contract and optionally add packing materials to your order. Then create an account, complete the payment online, and sign the contract using a code sent via SMS.

A friendly operator told me that you can rent storage units there, ranging from 1 square meter by 2.70 meters high to 8 square meters by 2.70 meters high, for an indefinite period at various price points. They said there was constant ventilation and the temperature in the units was 14 degrees Celsius. You can access them 24/7 to add or remove items. You'll receive a personal access code. You'll need to bring and store your own belongings. Packages and other equipment are available for this. The building has two floors and an elevator. The storage spaces downstairs are more expensive than on the first floor. I was suggested to make an appointment to view the various sizes of units first to get an idea of which size would best suit my needs. The company is located at Maanstraat 5 in Mechelen. Great for storing your furniture and other belongings safely, dry, and warm. Easily arranged. Extra space is easily added through the app. Need sturdy boxes? They're ready with a simple phone call. Access via the app is also very easy and convenient. Highly recommended for extra storage, short or long-term.

A new Belgian company that I trust. I definitely recommend trying it. (I still have a storage unit at Shurgard, but I'm no longer satisfied with it now that I see the difference with Storo. I'm now planning to move everything: more light, easier access, good carts.) In other words: highly recommended! I'm already giving it 5 stars, although there are still a few areas for improvement (but nothing to remove a star, and I'll certainly report this to Storo). This is an honest review because I'm satisfied with the service. Bravo, Storo!!!

Very satisfied with STORO, I used to work with Shugard. (They literally cost double). At STORO everything is neat and you even get boxes / Tape... everything. I would say don't hesitate.

It's a beautiful building with excellent boxes, and you can also use carts and such. The staff is very friendly. If you need anything, just call and they'll help you right away. Best, Wendy

Good, clean storage for equipment. Everything is beautifully digital. The only downside for me is the lack of lighting and/or at least an electrical outlet in the (larger) storage units. Having to search through equipment with flashlights is quickly tiresome.

Everything is automatic; signing in, opening the gate, and the box are all handled through an app. It's secure with numerous cameras. It's clean and has plenty of light. A fantastic experience.
