How are storage prices determined at Storo?

At Storo, we use a fair and transparent pricing structure. The monthly rental price of your storage unit is mainly determined by three clear factors:

• The location of the Storo facility: Just like with other types of real estate, prices vary depending on the specific location and accessibility of our facility.
• The size (m²) of the unit: You choose exactly the amount of space you need. From compact units for a few moving boxes to large spaces for an entire household or business inventory. The larger the unit, the more you can store, but you never pay for unnecessary space.
• Ground floor or upper floor: Ground-floor units are in high demand because you don’t need to use stairs or an elevator to store your belongings. Due to this higher demand, prices for ground-floor units are generally slightly higher than for units on an upper floor.

At Storo, you also enjoy complete flexibility: you rent monthly and can easily cancel or adjust your rental agreement if your storage needs change.

Also take storage insurance costs into account:

When renting a storage unit, insurance is mandatory. Our facilities are, of course, fully covered against risks such as natural disasters, but it is important, and required, that your own belongings are also insured against loss or damage during the storage period.
