If you prefer to hand over the transport of your goods, you can turn to the Dockx moving service. They make sure your belongings end up in your Storo storage unit.

How Storo works

Step 1: Choose your box

To start, choose the location that is most convenient for you. You will then see all our available storage units. From this overview, choose the size that best suits your storage needs.

Step 2: Rent your storage unit online

Once you have found the right size, you can rent it. You can choose between units on the ground floor or the first floor.

You can also choose your rental start date and the insurance cover you need. Don't forget to order some sturdy, high-quality moving boxes, which we'll have ready for you at your storage unit.

In the next step, you create an account with just a few clicks. After that, we give you a short overview of your booking and you can make the payment.

We’re almost there... Just sign your contract and you’re done. Once the contract is signed, you will receive your access code and the link to the app.

From now on, the storing can begin. Welcome!

Step 3: Get in touch with Dockx for your move or van rental

When booking your storage unit, you can indicate whether you are interested in Dockx’s services for your move or for renting a van.

We pass your details on to Dockx, who will contact you on the next working day to give you more information and help you with your move or van.

Through Storo, you get 10% off Dockx Rental services.

Step 4: Visit your box

Via the Storo app on your smartphone
Once you’ve signed your contract, you’ll receive an email and a text message with a link to download the Storo app. You can log in using the credentials you created on our website. The app gives you an overview of all your access points and your storage unit. Simply tap a button to open them.

Not comfortable using a smartphone? No problem! There’s another way to access the facility and open your storage unit.

Via your personal access code
When you book a storage unit, you’ll receive a personal access code that allows you to enter the facility and open your unit. At the main entrance, you’ll find a keypad where you can enter your code to gain access to the building. There are also keypads in the entrance halls on every floor. Simply enter your code again to open your storage unit.
