Well located. Clean. Van for moving right outside. Everything is easy to rent via your mobile phone, as is the cancellation. Doors can be opened with an app or your own code. Large freight elevator. Carts are available for transporting items.

The website provides very clear instructions. The app is user-friendly for accessing and exiting the site, as well as for accessing the storage facility! Very satisfied with Storo. The Bringme Box is a super handy extra service that makes webshop deliveries and subsequent storage very efficient. Marine and Lennert already maintain the Mechelen location well, and they're always quick to contact us for any comments or problems. Highly recommended!

Very nice and well-organized. You can open the gate and your box via an app. Carts are available everywhere. Everything is monitored by cameras. The spaces are good, but sometimes you need to be able to work at height to make the most of them.

We recently rented several storage units from Storo in Groot-Bijgaarden. The complete administrative process, the speed with which the rental agreements and access to the storage units were processed, and the friendliness and service-orientedness of their staff... all excellent! Moreover, the storage units are very easy to access via a phone app, and the contact persons were always available by phone and very helpful in guiding us through the process.
