5 stars for renting a garage, especially the user-friendliness and the condition of the building: "Clean, modern storage units and very friendly and helpful staff. Handy extras: Accessibility: There is free parking and the location is fully wheelchair accessible. Security: The building is modern, well-lit, and secure, which is included in the rental price.

A new Belgian company that I trust. I definitely recommend trying it. (I still have a storage unit at Shurgard, but I'm no longer satisfied with it now that I see the difference with Storo. I'm now planning to move everything: more light, easier access, good carts.) In other words: highly recommended! I'm already giving it 5 stars, although there are still a few areas for improvement (but nothing to remove a star, and I'll certainly report this to Storo). This is an honest review because I'm satisfied with the service. Bravo, Storo!!!

Very accessible storage space, trolleys are available, large goods lift, clean toilet. The apartment works flawlessly. Had no trouble with it anywhere. The only minor point might be that there is no lighting in the unit itself, although the hallways are very well lit.

So far, a very pleasant experience. A super handy app that makes the visit super easy. Also a big plus are the trolleys available to take everyone to your locker. Everything runs very smoothly and usually unloads a full car in 15 minutes. Very spacious elevator that is easy to use. Clean halls and boxes. Another nice touch is that every corridor is named after a street in Zaventem. It is just a nice little extra to make everything feel even more pleasant. It is well located and clearly signposted. Additionally, the friendly service of calling after a week to see if everything is to your liking and if there are any problems or questions. My stepmother has a box with another company and is going to switch because the price is much more affordable and everything looks better. Definitely recommended.

Very clean, clear instructions, spacious box, friendly staff on the phone, convenient that you can share access digitally. Highly recommended - they should open a branch in the Bornem-Puurs area ;-) Only minor drawback: after 5 PM, you have to call the call center - it took 10 minutes for someone to answer, but they were very helpful.

For several years, I rented a 2m³ storage unit; my goods and files were stored there safely and dry; the accessibility is excellent, and the fact that you have 24/7 access to your space via the app is very convenient;

Good, clean storage for equipment. Everything is beautifully digital. The only downside for me is the lack of lighting and/or at least an electrical outlet in the (larger) storage units. Having to search through equipment with flashlights is quickly tiresome.

Excellent experience! There's no one on-site, but there's a readily available phone number to contact someone who will guide you through the building so you can visit the different storage units. This allowed me to choose the perfect size and make the reservation via the website. You access the entrance and your unit via the app or a keypad. The app lets you access your unit to open it or view its inventory, and you can also grant temporary access. The app also allows you to open the unit remotely. Everything inside is clean and tidy and still being finished, but I can see the progress every day. As for the units themselves, they're standard across different brands and storage companies—the same size, the same doors, the same partitions. Having compared options in the Zaventem area, their price and ease of use are currently the best I've found. I've been using it for almost a month now and I'm very satisfied. Its location is quite ideal, not far from Wezembeek, the highway, and the center of Zaventem.
