I needed a fast solution to store important equipment and could immidiatly register and finalize the agreement online. Same day I could access my storage place. Clean and brand new infrastructure highly automated. Good concept. Will continue for long term!

Very good experience! There's no one on site, but there's a phone number available that allows you to contact someone who will be sure to direct you around the building so you can visit the various storage units. This allowed me to choose the ideal size and make the reservation through the website. We have access to the front door and our storage unit via the app or a keypad. Via the app, we have access to our storage unit to open it or its inventory, but we also have the option of granting temporary access to our unit. It's also possible to open the unit remotely via the app. Everything inside is clean and tidy and is still being finished, but I can see the progress every day. As for the storage units themselves, they are standard for other brands and storage companies: the same size, the same doors, and the same partitions. Currently, having compared in the Zaventem area, their price and ease of use are the most attractive I've found. I've been using it for almost a month, and I'm very satisfied. Its location is quite ideal, not far from Wezembeek, the highway, and the center of Zaventem.

The good thing is that everything is warm and dry inside. Not like being in a cold, damp car box where it rains inside, like we used to have. It's also well-lit and there's a toilet. A very positive development.

Very nice and well-organized. You can open the gate and your box via an app. Carts are available everywhere. Everything is monitored by cameras. The spaces are good, but sometimes you need to be able to work at height to make the most of them.

Very satisfied with STORO. I used to go to Shugard. (They literally cost twice as much.) Everything at STORO is neat, and you even get boxes, tape...everything. I wouldn't hesitate, I'd say.
